Scrap for the cure!  Our regular Friday evening crop will be expanded to accomodate this annual event.  Activities include dinner and other special treats, hourly prize drawings and a goodie bag for everyone who comes.  Mark your calendar now and call to reserve your space.  Fee of $20 includes a $10 donation to CC’s in Brookings.

2nd Saturday Art Walk

Creating Lasting Memories is joining the other downtown merchants for this month’s Art Walk.  Our featured artist will be Katrina Parke, who will be displaying her acrylic and mixed media art.  Refreshments will be served.  This is also an opportunity for those of you who work days to be able to do some evening shopping at the store. Tell your friends and come join us.

World Cardmaking Day

What’s back and better than ever? The 4th annual Day of festivities to kick off the busiest card making time of the year!  Like last year, we will have 6 different teachers each leading you in making a card.  There will be breakfast and lunch served (and other goodies throughout the day), plus prize drawings every hour for  cool cardmaking stuff.  You don’t want to miss this!  Delicious food, six  cards and lots of prizes all for one low price of $30.

September Creative Challenge
September Theme: Fall
The challenge is to make any paper craft project for the stated theme: card, layout, ATC, art board, etc.  Each entry gets you one ticket into the month’s drawing for one of three gift certificates to Creating Lasting Memories.
